Using high-precision machinery and cutting-edge equipment, we offer a range of printing techniques that can be combined to help create bespoke packaging tailored to each client.

FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING

Flexography, or flexo, is a direct rotary printing method that uses raised plates made of rubber or photopolymer materials. This technique is very popular due to its versatility. Our flexo presses can reproduce even the finest details of any design on plastic films such as polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET), as well as on aluminium, paper, and many other materials.

ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING

Rotogravure printing uses engraved cylinders made of copper and/or chrome-plated steel to transfer the image directly onto the substrate. For this printing technique, we rely on modern equipment and specialised personnel.

DUPLEX, TRIPLEX, AND QUADRUPLEX LAMINATION

We are able to perform Duplex, Triplex and Quadruplex laminations, combining two to four different materials to create a single product that meets the customer’s specific technical requirements.

CUTTING AND REWINDING

We’re not just cutters, we are specialists in slitting and rewinding. We can cut any material, whether in rolls or sheets, to meet the requirements of packaging that is still produced manually.

COATINGS

One of our key areas of expertise is the application of COLD SEAL adhesives. This technology allows products to be sealed at room temperature simply through the pressure applied to the sealing layers. Thanks to our years of experience with this technology, we have gained significant expertise in handling a wide variety of materials and formats, including packaging for ice cream, chocolate, filled biscuits, bars, and more.

ALPHANUMERIC CODES

We can print alphanumeric codes both inside and outside our packaging using high-speed InkJet printers.
